Inoltre, questo tratto di costa \u00e8 interessato da un\u2019urbanizzazione crescente e da un forte turismo estivo.  A partire dal 2004 sono stati installati nell\u2019area due sistemi meteo-marini autonomi, uno al largo della citt\u00e0 di Rimini (boa E1) e l\u2019altro a sud del Delta del Po (meda S1-GB). Nel tempo, le due stazioni sono state fornite anche di strumentazione per l\u2019acquisizione di parametri ambientali e biologici. Le stazioni raccolgono dati ogni ora, inviandoli ad un database. Questi dati sono stati integrati con quelli provenienti da campagne di misurazione in tutto l\u2019Adriatico, contribuendo alla conoscenza sui cambiamenti climatici.  Inoltre, dal 2016 si conducono ricerche sulla distribuzione della fauna a foraminiferi bentonici nel sedimento, un indicatore dello stato di salute dell\u2019ambiente marino costiero.     <\/p>
